Mmm... haven't made a Thai curry for ages and tonight was a good night for it, as it had cooled down a bit this evening. I didn't go anywhere besides Woolworths today, so I thought I had better take a picture of something I had made, with what I bought! (This could be a good back up theme on a slow news day)...
In the background is a page from our Thailand holiday photo album of Dale and I on an elephant ride. She was a pretty slow old girl, so not a thrilling ride, but a good touristy thing to do on our trip in 2007... I do remember the elephant's "handler" had a message written in texta on his hat - 200 baht tip OK!
