Day 319 - Tropical Rocky Road

I made this one last night, for our Parent Helper Morning Tea today. Basic ingredients were:

2 blocks of white chocolate
1 pack of macadamias
1 pack of dried mango
Apricot marshmallows
Toasted coconut (just a handful)

Day 298 - Think Pink

This shot is of the table after a lot of the pink food was demolished from this morning's Pink Morning Tea held at work to raise money for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. The table looked really pretty all decked out in pink and there were some very creative pink food ideas; strawberries, watermelon, pink scones, pink rum balls, iced vovos, hundreds and thousand biscuits, pink iced oreos, salmon dip, pink lamingtons, cup cakes and more. Special thanks to Peta who took this pic for me as my little camera is drying out after I let it get wet yesterday!

Day 149 - Bickie Time!

A lazy Sunday morning... Henry still in his pjs by morning tea time! Well we can; it is the weekend after all!
