Day 320 - Mail Order Excitement

My favourite kind of delivery came today and this one was so fast. I ordered these nail polishes off a US website for a couple of reasons; inexpensive, brands you can't readily buy in Australia and get a load of the colour selections! I have a bit of a thing for glitters at the moment, so there is quite a few in this bunch.  Might take me a while to try them all out!

Day 314 - Long Lost Hat Returned!

Henry was very excited to receive an envelope in the post today containing his long lost hat, left at Nanna and Opa's on the weekend. In fact he had a huge grin on his face when he peered into the envelope; he threw his old hat off and put on his very missed hat straightaway :-)

Day 287 - A Great Freebie!

I love getting packages in the mail and luckily Dale tossed this package into the car before we left for Eden today. A few weeks ago I took out a subscription to InStyle and this is the freebie that you get with your subscription. I am a sucker for the freebies that come with mags as Dale will attest to, but this one was a great one. It even came with a matching make up bag inside that I didn't expect.

Day 194 - Mail Day

Amongst other things achieved today was finally posting a few items that had been waiting around at home for a while... one late birthday card, one almost on time birthday card and a very late baby gift all finally went out with a few other things. I was thinking that baby Samantha might be grown up by the time she got her present - sorry Fran and keep an eye on the post! One birthday present to go before I finally catch up.

Day 175 - Delivery!

I love getting things in the mail, especially something I have ordered online, such as these gorgeous new red boots. On the way to Sydney for the weekend, but I made sure that I stopped in at the post office to pick these up on my way home from work. It's funny, I don't really like the woman who works down at the post office; most recently she got a bit shirty with me for asking about a parcel that Dale had already picked up. But she must have been happy that it was Friday today, striking up a conversation with Henry and being fairly friendly! Looks like I am welcome back! :P

Day 152 - Royal Mail

Finally today my Will and Kate Paper Dolls arrived via Book Depository! I love cute things like these and no I won't be cutting up this book... it's a keepsake. I used to love paper dolls when I was little, so it is a real flashback to see these :-)
